1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account, or from the cancellation link in your payment receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; your access continues until then and no further charges are made. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

SituationWhat we do
You cancel your first subscription payment within 14 days of the charge and have made limited use of the service (fewer than 50 API requests or one report)Full refund of that first payment on request — no reason needed
You cancel later in a subscriptionCancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded
Per-request API charges or a single purchased report already deliveredNot refundable, because the digital content has been supplied and consumed
A request failed, was duplicated, or delivered unusable data because of a fault on our sideRefunded or re-delivered, your choice
We withdraw a feature you have prepaid forProportionate refund of the unused prepaid amount
Duplicate or unauthorised chargeRefunded in full once identified

Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days of agreement and in any event within 14 days. Card refunds can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

3. Your statutory right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and UK)

As a consumer you normally have 14 days from the day of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Because our services are digital content and digital services supplied immediately, the law allows that right to end once supply has begun — provided you have consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right. By starting a subscription, requesting API access or downloading a report, you give that consent and acknowledgement.

We go further than the law requires: the goodwill refund in section 2 for your first payment applies regardless, as long as your use has been limited. If you withdraw before we have delivered anything, you get a full refund.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the invoice or payment reference. We acknowledge refund and cancellation requests within 2 business days.

5. If something goes wrong

Tell us first — we will try to fix it. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country; consumers in the UK can contact Citizens Advice. These routes are free and do not affect your right to go to court.
